Kids’ Scholarship Fund (KSF) has worked with Yankee Institute (YI) to provide scholarships for students who were previously funded through the Connecticut Center for Educational Excellence (CTCEE). Formerly a division of Yankee Institute, CTCEE ceased operation on January 15, 2025.

Kids’ Scholarship Fund (KSF), an independent Connecticut nonprofit, is pleased to announce that it has received a community grant from Groton Utilities. “We are so grateful for the support as our organization expands scholarship eligibility to children and families of New London County,” said Nicole Talmadge, executive director, KSF.
