Kids’ Scholarship Fund (KSF), an independent Connecticut nonprofit, is pleased to announce that it has received a community grant from Groton Utilities. “We are so grateful for the support as our organization expands scholarship eligibility to children and families of New London County,” said Nicole Talmadge, executive director, KSF.

The Children’s Educational Opportunity Foundation of Connecticut (CEOCT) has named Nicole Talmadge its new Executive Director. Talmadge, who most recently served as Director of Development at The Country School in Madison, Connecticut, will be tasked with growing the infrastructure of CEOCT and increasing the number of scholarships awarded to Connecticut’s children.
